Data Deletion Instructions

How to request deletion

1. Email contact@adrouteai.com with the subject line “Delete my data”.
2. Include the email address associated with your AdRoute account and specify the scope of the request (full account deletion or specific drafts).
3. We may ask for verification to confirm your identity before processing.

What will be deleted

We delete your AdRoute account profile, stored drafts, generated assets, and access tokens where applicable. Some aggregated analytics data may be retained in anonymized form.

Timeframe

We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days of verification. If we need more time, we will notify you by email. We will confirm completion by email.

Meta permissions

If you connected a Meta account, you may also revoke AdRoute access in your Facebook settings to remove permissions. This does not delete ads already published to Meta, but it prevents future access.
